Long time lurker. Recently purchased a MES 30" (20070910). Went all around thinking about Traeger, Bradley, and MES. Finally settled on MES for a variety of reasons. Seasoned it earlier this week and am planning on smoking venison burgers tonight and perhaps a chicken this weekend. Cheese is high on the list, but, not quite ready to pull the trigger on the cold smoke attachment just yet.
