Hello All, My name is Dan, I live just south of Erie, PA. I have been smoking meat and cheese for about 5-6 years. I got three smokers, a Green Mountain Pellet smoker I just got last October, A Char griller 3-1 side by side and a smoke hollow propane upright. Entering my first cook-off in August. Love reading the posts and learning from everybody on here.
