I'm working Saturday and at the end of my shift Maribel posted this pic on Instagram. She went to Costco got me beer and ribs. Maribel got the wsm ready and had the ribs smoking when I got home.

Then maribel wrapped the ribs and added this with a splash of apple juice.

Wow  !!!  Beautiful color, smoked to perfection, I love Jalapeno Poppers  everything looked fantastic, The only suggestion I would make is  Why didn't you invite me !!!!  From the pictures is looks like everyone had a good time preparing all that (and probably eating it too)   Congrats job well done.
