My name is Bob from Mentor, Ohio.  I'm a newbie to smoking foods and love all manner of non-conventional cooking (eg. Deep Frying, Drying, Spit BBQ, etc...)  I'm hoping this forum will guide me out of newbie status and in to expert mode.  I recently purchased the 44" Smoke Hollow Smoker, in which I need some guidance.  Thanks for the opportunity to become a member of this forum!
