My name is Tommy, I am a newbie to this forum, but I have been amazed at the number of threads. I have been smoking pork for about 1 1/2 years and it has became an obsession. I started with a Big Green Egg and then moved to smoking on Traegers. The reason I moved to Traegers is because I just could not cook enough pork on the BGE ( normally 40-60 pounds at a time).
I live in Lawrenceville Georgia and I am always looking and searching for new recipes and ideas. I also make my own bratwurst and breakfast sausage.
I am thrilled to get started.
