You can get it but it is a "premium" cut as is flank steak. I hate the fact the cuts that used to be cheap like brisket have become expensive and sought after.
 
I love the look of those. We don't have the Mexican influence or population here so the food we get can be a bit hit & miss.

I intend to eat a bit of it in New York in a weeks time.
