Thanks JJ, it was fun ! I did not smoke them first... They went on the smoker at 400* in a disposable aluminum pan & a little veggie oil ! Marinade is eggs, milk & a little apple cider vinegar.... The bath & seasoning is not anything unusual, pretty simple but has been a fam fav for a long time ! The bath is egg & milk with a little fresh cracked black pepper & Lawry's garlic salt... The breading is white flour, fresh cracked black pepper, Lawry's garlic salt & that's pretty much it.... I've kinda messed around here & there with some paprika, white pepper & a few other spices but always come back to the good ole fam fav !
