Since I mentioned making beef jerky in this thread, I'll post some Q-view

9lbs Teriyaki beef jerky after about 35hrs marinating


They're in the dehydrator....

I'll post another pic or two when they're done
 
Not bad, but I've made better. The last time I made some, I said, next time I'll slice them to 1/4" thick..... didn't do it...3/16" again. I also messed up measuring the soy sauce, which made this batch just a bit too salty. Oh well, live and learn. Next time....

I did use the "Jerky Bend-O-Meter" though and that part was just right
