Hi all. I wanted to say hello and thank those if you who contribute to this site. I stumbled upon it as I was (still am) looking to upgrade to a little larger smoker. I ended up in the thread for the Alaska Patio Smoker (which is at the top if my "wish list" for a smoker upgrade). I was impressed with the knowledge and the willingness to share said knowledge. I look forward to reading more fine threads on this site.
I currently use a 16x40 LyfeTyme offset smoker and have been pleased with the product this this produces when I do my part. I'm looking for a 24x48 offset with 2 racks or something comparable. Thanks for taking the time to read all this. Have a great day!

Hello Mike and Welcome to our addiction.  A word of warning: There is no 12 step program for this one!  Many good folk here with a load of experience that they are more than willing to share.  If you have specific questions just start a thread and someone with experience will be along soon to offer advice.  All info you can provide us with such as smoker type, location and so on will help us answer any questions you may have, and pictures help a bunch.  Spend some time doing some research on the forums, tons of advice and recipes already available there.  We look forward to your contributions.  Have fun.  Good luck.  Keep Smokin!
