Hi! My name is Kristie abd I live in Omaha, NE. My husband and I have really got into smoking but haven't been doing it very long. We have an electric smoker. We have been on a smoking hiatus (new baby!) but are getting back into the swing of things. I really like trying different things. One of my favorite things I did in the smoker was a meatloaf...I was surprised but it was delicious! Can't wait to try some of your recipes and learn more about smokin.
