Did my first smoke on Monday. A couple 3 pound pork butts. After some nerves and a lot of research and help from the guys here at SMF I was able to turn out some great pulled pork. Here are some pics form the adventure with my new WSM 18.5.

Tasted amazing! Nobody wanted to wait when it was done, so the first one was eaten after only 5 minutes of resting. NEVER AGAIN!! I wrapped the second one in foil and turned it upside down for the duration of dinner (30-45 minutes) and started shredding it after dinner. The flavor and moistness was amazing, so much so full people started eating again!!!
