How's it going guys, been smoking, grilling, and cooking meats for sometime, although I wouldn't consider myself well seasoned, lol. I picked up my first set-up today (Father's day/Birthday/anniversary gift). A Brinkmann Vertical. Upon looking up smokers in my price range I found a thread in here and figured why not become a member. Looks like there is wealth of knowledge being shared amongst everyone and I look forward to learning and hopefully helping where I can.
