PRIME RIB  (My Newest Best Ever!)

I've made a lot of Prime Ribs, and this is the 3rd time I called one the Best ever. They have all been great, but I called one of them "The Best Ever". Then I made one I thought was better, so I called it "The New Best Ever". Now the one I made yesterday was even better than that one, so I'm calling this one "My Newest Best Ever".
I don't know what else to do---They just keep getting better & better!!!

If you want to follow how I did this one, I used the same rub (except I left out the salt), and I used the same times & temps. The only thing I did differently was I put this one on a cooling rack in a foil pan, because I tested that on another Prime Rib, and it had no effect, and makes cleanup easier.

So if you want to see how to make one like this (Step by Step), go to this link:

Thanks For Looking,

Bear

Sorry, Bear. This beef looks so good it has to be illegal and I have notified the authorities. So, if some Royal Canadian Mounted Police show up, just give them the beef and we'll check out whether it is too good to be legal.

Thank You Disco!!

I happen to know 3 Great Royal Canadian Mounties very well, so I'm not worried.

Maybe you know them too-----Sgt Preston & Yukon King, and Benton Fraser.

They'll take care of me!!

That must have been delicious!!! (All too often people cook these too much, and yours looks perfect)!

Prime Rib and Ribeye's have always been my favorite, There use to be a steak house here in Tyler that had fantastic PR but they closed a couple of years ago. I will probably do one my next smoke.
