Ok, I have never done this before but I was at the local farmers market on Saturday and they had fresh rabbit so why not, Sunday dinner.

I decided to make Rabbit stew in my DO for the first time and it came out fantastic I would do this again for sure.

Preparation is everything: 1 3 lb rabbit, onions/carrot/celery in red bowl), chicken stock, potatoes and olive oil and a hot Dutch Oven.

First in the rabbit dredged in flour, salt and pepper

Next in the veggies to start cooking

Then everyone into the pool with the chicken stock. Cook on low boil until rabbit is done.

And Serve!

Thanks for looking.

Wow! I haven't had rabbit stew in a couple years - that has to be good!
