I have only just started using bbqs as I have only just moved into my own house. i have joined just to get some tips and advice on what fuel to use and whats best. I have ad a little look through the internet and I keep seeing restaurant grade charcoal is the best. Is this correct?

I looked at and they do a few different charcoal's briquettes, lumpwood and restaurant. Can anyone please shed some light on what they use and where they get it from?

Welcome to the best Smoking Meat site on the innerweb. Glad to hear you're going to start cooking outdoors and congrats on your first house. The folks on this site are a wealth of information. Spend some spare time flipping pages around here and If you come up with a question, just ask. I look forward to seeing some of what you make.
