Thought I was done smoking for a while but the wife wanted ribs. What can you do?

Since you're still on active duty, if you don't mind me asking an off topic question. 

It's been awhile since I got out of the Corps, maybe I just don't understand.

 But,   

 is this? Times have changed???

I keep forgetting the after pics. They were good. Fall away from the bone tender. A little too tender actually.
