Newbie from Nebraska here

Hey all,

I had long wanted a smoker and just after Christmas I took the plunge and bought the 30 inch digital masterbuilt electric smoker after a log of research and almost buying the weber smoky mountain or Bradley digital smoker. I've made pulled pork, pork chops, Cornish game hens, baby backs and today smoked my first couple yard birds. I've long been a griller but have to say its tough to beat that great smoker taste. However my creations owe most of their success to this website, as you are my go to source for information. Hence why I am here now. Thanks for all the help so far and everything yet to come! Here are some pics of what I've done so far.

And the obligatory picture of the hound dog.

Welcome to the group. In Northern Illinois here. Somewhat new here myself but have found it very helpful as well. Looks like the things your smoking have turned out pretty good. Keep smoking LOW AND SLOW.
