Just want to stop in and wish all my new friends south of the border, a great weekend.
Unfortunately, we had our long weekend last weekend, which in my opinion should not happen. History books have told us that at times we have had a Hatfield/McCoy type relationship, but there are many more excerpts from those same books that tell of times when it was hard to tell if there actually was a border. When relationships formed that had the same strength and bond of family. Which is why this should be included, as one of the few holidays that we are able to share together.
So whether it be under the Stars and Stripes or the Red Maple Leaf, I would like to thank all who sacrificed, and wish you all a great weekend.
