New member but long time Lurker,
Southerner who just got relocated to Ohio and I am going to do my best to make a good influence on my new neighbors via "smoke signals".  Looking forward to getting some new ideas including insulating my MasterForge for next winter (Great article here btw)

Hey Steve

Welcome to the Smoking  forum.   You’ll find great , friendly people here, all more than willing to answer any question you may have.  Just ask and you’ll get about 10 different answers—all right.  LOL.   Don’t forget to post qviews.

Just wanted to show off the Man kitchen a bit.  The big gas grill for the stuff that you just want to hurry up and cook, the big Charcoal grill for the stuff that is really worth the effort and the Smoker when you REALLY want to impress someone.  I had smoked sirloin in Houston last week and think I will load up the smoker with that next weekend.  Have a butt in there now on its 11th hour.
