Thanks guys, it may be my new favorite. It wasn't as hard to get right as I thought it would be, just had to wait the stall out. That said it was my first brisket, I may have just gotten lucky and the next one could be crap hah. I'm glad I got one under my belt though and it was a success, I waited a while before trying one because I didn't want to ruin an expensive chunk of meat.
Pulled it off the grill at about 530 yesterday, let it rest until about 7.. It was amazing, very happy with it considering it was my first attempt. Sorry it took so long to get more pics up.
