Hello folks. I am new member to this forum but have been reading as a guest for quite a while to "steal" recipes, etc... :-) I am from Alabama (Birmingham area) and have been smoking meats since I was a teenager. I just got a Smokin It Model 3 so I have been smoking everything that the family has been eating for about a week. I kind of just got into using an electric smoker a few years ago and have really liked it for the ease of use. I had an MES 40 for a few years before it died. Anyways, I don't post very much, but I do enjoy reading the forums and getting new ideas.
