Everybody thinks TBT stands for throw back Thursday. WRONG!!!

It stands for T-BONE-THURSDAY!!!

Picked up these today, barely fit the mini, if is had four I'd a had to break out another min!

Cherry, Pecan, lump. Running a bit hotter than I wanted at 250. Will sear these off at the end. Back in a bit with an update.

Oh I suppose ya all want pics and QVIEW!!!

Done with the smoke, ready for the fire!

Had to crank up the heat since I didn't start with a chimney of hot coals!

Here's a shot of the chunks I pulled out after the smoke. 2"-3" that I lay on top

ENJOY!!!!

Caveman style steaks have to be big!!!! Gonna get a few steak sandwees out of them too!

Thanks Jeremy! They were tasty. Yes the dogs were happy pups! Pretty finny watching the little one drag around a T-bone!

I have ribeyes out for supper, if I just had one of those little pits.

Meat is pretty man, and you've no doubt got the happiest dogs around. I bet its why you cooked three steaks, three dogs? Good excuse, I'd stick with that story.

You always impress with your cooks, it is another excellent looking meal!

Thanks Kevin! I have to cook a minimum of there if there's bones involved. I knew these big steaks would be more than plenty for the 4 of us. Looking forward to some steak sandwees tomorrow! We're traveling to one of the best little rodeos around in Spray Oregon. and I know I'm gonna need some protein to soak up the beer! Yeeehaaaaa!
