Hello from Indiana..I am using a Master Built Electric smoker for my smoking needs.  I have tried a bit of everything in it from brisket, turkey, chuck roasts, salmon, pork roasts and a few other things.  I have been "attempting" this smoking thing for a couple years now.  I haven't had any casualties yet.. everything has been edible.  I am looking for advice, recipes for rubs and marinades and any general info that will make my meats into tasty meats.

If eating meats is wrong, then I don't want to be right.

Welcome man
