This was a real treat about 2hr 15mins between 240-255 temp, we will be doing more this holiday weekend.

Thanks guys! actually it was just some fresh rolls but the lighting makes them darker, we have done pretzel rolls before when grilling they were good.

Brilliant!

After today's hopefully successful bottom round roast, this is my next smoke project..  Holy smoke, that ring makes me want to lick my monitor!

Those look great. Heard about doing them,  now after seeing those it is something I'll try soon.

Great looking burgers! The last time I smoked some burgers it was for chili. I wanted to use up some of the massive amount of ground venison I had. I made out big patties with the venison burger. Smoked the patties, then crumbled them into the chili. AMAZING. It took the chili from "solid" to amazing.

Those burgers look great.  How big are the burgers?  I've smoked them before, but they seem to get done within about 45 minutes.  How did you smoke them that long?  Mine were around a half pound.  I was cooking at a similar temperature as you.
