I am building a sfb vertical cabinet type smoker. My question is about the best location for the stack. I have a 5" stack to mount on it. I have used the calculator for length. I want to see what folks think is the best place to mount it. It is not a rf type. I'm thinking about on the opposite side of the fb near the center rack. I tend to favor plenty of smoke as long as it's not bitter. Any ideas?
