Wild garlic

In skillet

Finished

pulled em up, putem inpan with wild garlic, guess you could say, heirloom. On property forever. red onions. Lemon juice, salt, pepper, little raw sugar. Did some Bacon seasoning from cuttin off bacon I did my self this winter and ham, which was just store bought and smoked again, did my own thing.  Just a taste of bitterness in after taste, but was good. Wife not impressed, but whatever. I can munch on Polk and other greens.

Looks great, Dave. I really like turnip greens and am usually very happy that my wife does not. That way I can make them the way I Iike them, usually with an ample dash of hot sauce.
