Long time gas griller, long ago charcoal griller, long time electric smoker (jerky and fish).
I came across Jeff's "Smoking Meat" book, read it, decided to do the real thing! A Weber Smokey Mountain just arrived. Now I only have to figure out where to put it on the patio!
