Looks good to me.  I'm no expert.

What type of FB inlets do you have / or are you planning to add?  Looks like there are currently some sort of pipes on there?

Looks good, Butterfly type for the air intake on the FB. Can't wait to see more

okay I need a little help did it to smoke today and had a very difficult time getting things up to temperature I believe my opening for my reverse flow opposite the fire box is too small agree to disagree help also occasionally has smoke coming out the inlets and yes I made butterfly valves for the inlets

What did you use to calculate the FB to CC opening, opening at opposite end of FB, stack size and length ?  Sounds like you are not getting enough heat and air flow into the CC.

I don't remember it this time I got it written somewhere but it appears as though my opening up to set the fire box is smaller than my opening between firebox and cooking chamber

I'm using two and a half inch exhaust pipe for my exhaust it's 37 inches long

You should have 40 square inches from the firebox to cook chamber, under the RF plate and at the end of the RF plate where turns to enter the grate area.

And 40 sq. in. at the end of the RF plate.... and the exhaust stack should probably be 3" or 3 1/2"... I know 2 1/2 is what is calculated.... BUT due to the surface area per volume, the friction loss is extreme.... when stuff gets smaller, the surface area to volume doesn't compute for good air flow....
And the inlet to the CC should be around 10 sq. in. ... having it divided to an upper and lower is very good... make them larger to accommodate the butterfly valve causing a restriction, if need be...

About the inlet I have 14 square inches with out subtracting the butter fly valve I need 11 that should be sufficient don't you think ??
