Brined up 3 birds wednesday using POPS Brine recipe (thank you POP).,took them out today and patted dry, added some cracked pepper n garlic and into the smoker at 11:30am., here is the Q-View so far..

, After my Ribs , I'll aim at some more Chickens . I can do up some Chicken Salad , and soup with the carcass . Give the Breast to Trish and the rest is mine
