Hello I am pkimer from Benton, AR (greater Little Rock area). I have been getting Jeff's newsletters for a few years. Seven years ago my wife passed away at the young age of 40 and I began raising my three kids alone. I decided that since I was going to do the cooking now that it was time to throw away the gas grill and get serious. Started with a large BGE and took classes from visiting champions at Antique Brick Outdoors in Little Rock. While there I won a raffle for an oval Primo with cart and sold my BGE to my neighbor. Since then I have fallen in love with smoking. Haven't entered any contests but have judged several. Love it!
