Looking for a smoked Kielbasa recipe. Lots of them available, but does anyone recommend one for a first time Kielbasa maker?
I'm in. I've got the BIG box. This one will be interesting. I now live in England and have gotten sausage from Germany and Poland. VERY different from the Americanized versions. Don't get me wrong, I prefer the Americanized versions as that is what I am used to. I hope to see some good recipes here. Wish I could help. Keep Smokin!
That is an authentic and simple recipe. There are others, like from Cougar78 that are great but much more involved and uses more advanced sausage making ingredients...JJ
