Sean from Hancock, ME here. Relatively new to smoking. I have an electric Brinkman smoker, a Father's Day gift last year from my lovely wife and our 3 kids. Still learning. I've done pork and beef roasts and today I am tackling a brisket. I found the forum in doing some research this morning. You folks gave me some outstanding info. I look forward to sharing anything I learn along the way.

Hello and welcome to the forum, How is that brisket coming?

Welcome, glad ya joined us ! Don't be holdin out on us with that brisket... Need a pic or we'll have to send this guy after ya ! :police2: LOL

Brisket was outstanding! Grandmother- in law even requested some to take home! All reviews ( even though it was family ) were favorable to smoking another brisket in the future. Mission accomplished!

No pictures unfortunately. Brisket consumed or otherwise left the premises.
