Hi y'all. I am new to the forum and smoking, in general.  We just bought a Masterbuilt smoker and am looking forward to getting started. I live just south of York, Pa. I tried smoking a number of years back, with a charcoal smoker, and it was too difficult to get a good product. The only thing I smoke now, is a great cigar.  retiredsgt.

welcome,you won't be sorry you joined this sight,the people on here are the best by far,they will answer any questions, concerns, if you know nothing about smoking meats you will learn as much as you want to here.good luck.
