Zach here, up in Fairbanks. Been cooking on a cabela's webber kettle knock off for 6 years, in a couple weeks my new Abe's Smoker "Entertainer" will be here (a luxury beyond my imagination at this point!). My choice cuts are pork back ribs, pork butt, and wild game (from spruce grouse to moose). My favorite part of the cook is experimenting, especially tweaking my three different sauces and rubs. Can't wait to share my experiences and learn from all of yours, I look forward to learning from everyone here!

Hello Zach and Welcome to our addiction. A word of warning: There is no 12 step program for this one! Many good folk here with a load of experience that they are more than willing to share. If you have specific questions just start a thread and someone with experience will be along soon to offer advice. All info you can provide us with such as smoker type, location and so on will help us answer any questions you may have, and pictures help a bunch.
