My name is Peter, and I live in Canada's capital, Ottawa. I recently purchased a Black Olive Ceramic Pellet grill/smoker. After finally diagnosing a faulty rheostat, I love my new toy. My family's favourite item so far are the back ribs that I smoke. I have most recently smoked some aged cheddar, with some apple pellets. I now have to wait about 4 weeks to try it out. I smoked it at about 80 degrees with an ice bath underneath it.
