this is my first smoke of a couple of chickens, I did last week
I used the big bald bbq rub. it was moist and the flavor was pretty good.
don't look at the sausage they burnt,
I need to learn to check on it more often, I was afraid the smoke would escape.
live and learn i guess
Next try out.....mmmmm maybe pulled pork, or baby back ribs
My smoker was dripping grease everywhere , I'm stuck finding a way to clean the concrete.
