For the pork shots, did you put the cheese on before you put in the smoker or add it after X amount of time? How long were the pork shots on the smoker?

Put the cheese on at the start, stayed in until bacon was doneness I wanted, about 2 hours

I do them about 2 hours, or until the bacon is rendered to your liking.

Yep that's about right.  Its all visual as you're just looking for doneness on the bacon.

Wow.....Just a few minutes ago heard of pork shots and moink balls for the first time. Now I've completely forgotten whatever it was I had planned this weekend.
