So I'm brand new to smoking, I love to grill but up until now I still haven't smoked anything yet. So naturally what do I do? I build my own smoker. I figured why buy something when you can make it yourself. Plus I just plain love to have a project to work on. My smoker is almost done, just needs a few more finishing touches. It's a double barrel smoker, I used the vogelzang stove kit. I don't know which forum to put my build in though? The UDS forum is for vertical smokers right? Mine's built from drums and she certainly isn't pretty, but I'm not sure that's the right place?
