I'm new to the site. I read the Fattie sticky thread last night and again this morning, and decided to try my hand at making my own fatty.
Turns out, you can't just make one... so I made two.
The first one was a pizza fatty. I used pizza sauce, ham, pepperoni, mushrooms, and a mozzarella/provolone combo cheese from Sargento, along with some Italian seasoning.
The second one was a philly steak and cheese fatty. I stuffed it with sirloin tip steak, peppers of all colors, onions, mushrooms, jalapenos, and pepperjack cheese.

Thanks to everyone who posts in these threads. I have learned a LOT over the last couple of days, and my first fatty experience (of the meat variety) turned out amazing.
