My First Fattys!

Hi Everyone!

I'm new to the site. I read the Fattie sticky thread last night and again this morning, and decided to try my hand at making my own fatty.

Turns out, you can't just make one... so I made two.

The first one was a pizza fatty. I used pizza sauce, ham, pepperoni, mushrooms, and a mozzarella/provolone combo cheese from Sargento, along with some Italian seasoning.

The second one was a philly steak and cheese fatty. I stuffed it with sirloin tip steak, peppers of all colors, onions, mushrooms, jalapenos, and pepperjack cheese.

Thanks to everyone who posts in these threads. I have learned a LOT over the last couple of days, and my first fatty experience (of the meat variety) turned out amazing.

Thanks! It's just me and the wife around here, so we'll be well fed thru the weekend.
 

I think I'm gonna go buy some Texas Toast, put some garlic butter on and toast it, then put a slice of the pizza fatty on top of that... then cover that with some extra pizza sauce and some mozzarella cheese. Then I'll throw it all in the oven and bake it for like 5 to 10 minutes to melt everything.
 

Yup... I sound fat... but that's my dinner tonight.
