This was the first time I tried this and it wont be the last . 2'' thick New York strip. Smoked it on 200 for 45 min then a quick sear on both sides.

Looks great.... i reverse sear about everything from steaks to chicken to pork

That's looks GOOD!

YUUUP! We do Ribeyes like that all the time 200-250* on the grill till IT hits about 90*.

Flip it let it go to about 115*. 

Then I crank the grill as high as it'll go with the lid close and start moving that joker and flipping it all over the place till IT is about 125*

We like em RARE!!!
