Long time lurker - decided to start posting finally now that i have a decent smoker....was working with a chargriller duo, no sidebox, woodchips/chunks, cheap thermometer, got pretty good at it and did pretty well actually (so i thought)

then my wife tells me we have to go to academy sports to pick up my birthday present, thought it was a new gun but couldnt figure out why i needed my truck to pick it up???

pretty stoked mid grade. had very minor leakage, got some nomex gasket for the lids. will put it on and see this weekend if it helps. put some tuning plates in it, i think i need to add 1 more, measurements were off. but i use the ET-733 maverick, and had equal or pretty close (~10-15 degree?) difference.

looking forward to adding to the conversation here, and adding to the Qview.

for now, enjoy some ribs and TBS
