Hey all!! My name is Bob and I am a new smoker. I have just started smoking a couple of weeks ago. I own a Masterbuilt dual smoker which I have just purchased. I have done some ribs and wings which were incredible and just this week (Following Jeff's brining technique in his book) made the best whole chickens I have ever eaten. They were as moist as possibly could be. I cooked for about 7 people ( 2 chickens) and they all raved how "awesome" it was. I am excited to learn more about smoking from the people here.
