I just picked up a large BGE. I have had vertical smokers for 20 years. I have been hearing some much about the ceramic cookers I figured I would give it a try. Well I have drank the Koolaid! I have a full kitchen in my backyard but did not have a true "BBQ"
I have a 48" grill, 24" flat top, Wok, deep fryer and 4 side burner.
I must say this thing does it all, best ribs I have ever done hands down.
Being in Northern California I get to cook outdoors almost all the time so I look forward to doing just that.
