Very good looking chicken but those ribs look really great!

And I want to know who made the brownies?

Thanks Foam, I appreciate it ! Was a tasty meal for sure ! As far as the brownies, my wife's friend made them... They were quite tasty !

Looks great!  Would you mind walking me through the timing and coordination to get the ribs and chicken done together?   What processes did you use for each?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks ! No problem, had the smoker set at 245*, I put the chicken on bout an hour & a half after the ribs.... The pic probably looks like they were put on together.... I just didn't take a pic of when I put the ribs on first for whatever reason.... The prep I just kept simple, as shown above ! Hope that answers your questions, if not just drop me a line !

Don't know how I missed this one...Everything looks delicious, Justin!!  Everyone at your house sure ate good!  Those banana bread brownies look and sound amazing!

Nicely done Justin!

Red

Great supper Justin!   OBTW get that mini made!

Thanks Keith, yeah I know I gotta get a mini done... But also just about saved up enough for a grinder & stuffer, need a slicer & converting an old Bradley cabinet into a cold smoker with a mailbox mod.... Man, is this site costing me $$ or what.... LOL. Oh yeah, re doing the yard this spring too.... :dunno. What am I thinkin !! :102:
