Love this website! Get all kind of neat ideas. Love to Barbq. Had a nice upright smoker but it got in the wifes way one night and didn't make it thru the ordeal. Don't ask!

Friend made this kegger barbq/smoker and love it! Recently bought the maverick thermos and a pack of the Bradley racks and had to try them out.

Tonight I did Cordon Bleu. I pounded some chicken breasts to about 1/4", 2 sheets of swiss cheese, 2 slices of ham and roll up. The chicken got a bit ragged and thin, so I wrapped with 2 strips of bacon and toothpicked. Smeared some Mayo on the top to help moisturize and Jeff's rub.

Gonna be a short smoke so used some Kingsford and some applewood chucks. Grilled/ smoked indirectly at around 260d for 45 minutes and meat temp - 150d.

Came out excellent if I say so myself. Wife even ate one (all of it) and liked it. I grilled two breasts just in case for her.

The racks are abit large for my kegger, but will work great for out upcoming block party. I love making (and eating) stuffed Jalapenos (jalapenos boated, stuffed w/ cream cheese and onion dip and wrapped in bacon). I can stack the racks and do more at a time.

This stuff wasn't fancy like you alls, but quick and easy. Keep up the good info. I read this forum almost as much as my gold prospecting forums!
