5hrs of waiting but it was well worth it.

1 Rack was a little more moist than the other but I think I know what to improve upon next time.   I let the temp creep up to 230* vs the 200-215 range I was at earlier.  The wind/breeze calmed down quite a bit from early on and temps went from 53 to 67* all impacting the smoke.     I also didn't baste them during the last hour.  Normally I do, but I tried to avoid making things soggy.     All were damn good though.

BTW looks like you are into the cameras. I'm trying to play around a bit..... Have a Canon T5i - which has more doodads on it than I will probably ever use. But I am trying!

yeah, you could say I have a few  ;)

These were shot with my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 though.   I enjoy pushing the limits of gear and working with cameras that offer challenges.   The Note does a good job for what it is.

Post up yours too.

I use my iPhone and ipad a lot for photos.... But the picture of me and my MB dual fuel smoker (and with a libation in hand) were taken with the T5i .
