Ricky from australia , im new here , looks like a great site , just brought a master forge smoker from masters and me and the old man are going to put some chickens to the test first , will let ya know if we have any problems :) cheers !
 
Thankyou and yes we have chickens lol we have chicken pork beef kangaroo deer , turkeys probly the rare one here

How ya going garry , we just smoked 2 chickens came out very yummy for our first time we had basted the chickens and also had hickory chips but i think we dont need both at the same time because we couldnt taste the hickory in them ill try get a pic up
