Rub with some type of oil next time then apply a thicker coat of seasoning watch the color difference and flavor.

Ended up at 2.5,2,1 and started at 225, upped to 250 after the initial 2.5.

These were a little over done and falling off the bone. Will do a 2,1.5, 1.5 next time. These were costco (swift) non injected ribs. Last time I did target (Hormel) injected and thout they could use more time to gets little more tender.
