Looks really great. But with such an experienced staff of chefs working there in your kitchen it would have to be great.

Oh yeah reverse seer is the only way to go!! Love that smoke flavor you get into a steak then get a nice char from the seer. Hmmmmm making me hungry just thinking about it!

I agree, only way the fam likes them anymore ! RS is the way to go round here !

I had checked out the tenderloin, can't believe I didn't post cause it is a really nice piece of meat beautifully done.

Excellent job, pretty soon you'll have to clean the garage to be party of the cooking team.

Lookin great Thumbs Up . Where were these cut from, the head?

Thanks ! The tenderloin is located towards the back of the beef, between the sirloin & top sirloin, before the round.... Hope this helps !

Hah! I meant they didn't look like center cut, it looked like they were cut from what they call the "head" of the tenderloin. Can you imagine if cows had tenderloins hanging off their heads? That'd be one weird looking animal.

Sorry bout that, wasn't quite sure on answering that.... Some folks don't know..... And they were cut by a local butcher & yeah it was... Didn't mean to be confusing ! :biggrin:
