Good evening all, I am new to the site and I have question so I hope I don't drive everyone nuts but I will pay it forward once I learn!! with this said my most pressing question is regarding grates.. I have had smokers in the past but they all had steel grates to cook on and now the only grate material I can find locally in made of aluminum.. will cooking on aluminum be okay? it seems like it should since most pans are made of aluminum and we wrap food in aluminum foil while cooking.. so although it seems self explanatory I figured it never hurts to ask the pro's!!!
